Go-to meal | Garlic mash & steamed broccoli
Yep. It's pretty simple.
Garlic mash: I use Minimalist Baker's recipe for garlic mash as a guide, but add about 1-2 cups of almond milk (depending on how mushy you want your mash), and about 8-9 roasted garlic cloves while mashing everything together.
Broccoli: I steam a packet of frozen, organic broccoli over the stove for about 20 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
